Description

Polyurethane flexible foam is produced in blocks of 60 m length. Blocks are cut to shorter blocks of optional length. We make blocks of different heights and wideness of 1250 mm - 2150 mm.

Application

Automotive industry
We produce special foams of densities 20 - 90 kg/m3 for the automotive industry. Their physical characteristics, combustibility and emission are compatible to the standards of the automotive industry.

Upholstered furniture
For the upholstered furniture we produce a wide range of polyurethane flexible foams.

Mattresses
For mattresses industry we produce a wide range of polyurethane flexible foams.

Household
We make special foams for household products (sea sponge imitation).

Specialities
Besides standard foams we offer also high resilience (HR) foams and memory foams (viscoelastic foams). For technical applications we offer self extinguishing (standard UL94) polyester foams for sound insulation and special, airtight and hydrolysis resistant foams for gaskets.

Technical characteristics

The main characteristic of the foam block is its ideal possibility for further treatment and manufacturing into products of various shapes. As such blocks are most suitable for cutting and for production of various products of flexible polyurethane foam (upholstered furniture, packaging, consumer goods).
