lupo Recycled foam

Description

Recycled foam is made of flocks of granulation 5 mm, 10 mm, 15mm, and 20 mm. Density of the recycled foam varies from 40 kg/m3 to 200 kg/m3. The main characteristics of the recycled foam are density and compressive hardness. The latter is essentially higher than with regular foam. With addition of various input materials we can produce recycled foam with reduced combustibility and recycled foam foil suitable for flame lamination.

Application

Recycled foam is an excellent sound absorber. It is used in building, automotive industry, for household appliances and footwear; everywhere where sound and vibration absorption is needed.

Specific characteristics of the foam
• elasticity
• cellular structure
• low mass
• physiologic inertness
• wide range of hardness (load bearing)
• good mechanical resistance
